These United States have in place rules to protect the citizenry from government becoming enslaved by the elected officials in Government.

There needs to be a Change.

This website is a place which will hopefully be used by many thousands of Americans to post the ever increasing real-life occurances of the great gap being created by our eager for fame and fortune politicians between Rights and Law.

New laws are being created daily in every state, and too in the Federal Government which deprive our citizens of more and more of their constitutional rights. This website is here to bring to light that which is done by and in darkness. Bills passed in rushed order. Bills passed in closed session. Bills huridly written and passed without the voters ever having studied the effect, let alone the intent.

There is no accountablilty for lawmakers. If they write a law which costs millions and harm thousands, no matter.. someone will come along and fix it…no accountability. They cannot even be sued for harming people with their lawmaking.

What supprises me is the fact that every elected official takes an oath to uphold both State and Federal Constitutions all the while getting laws passed which they know full well are unconstitutional while quoting such things like, “Let’s just pass this law now and let them litigate if they don’t like it”.

We citizens need to wake up and realize there is a war already being waged for the rights of the poor and working class Americans. Soon there will be only 2 classes of Americans. The Rich, Ruling class and the Servants.. the working class sheeple of America.

We can change this NOW, if we unite. If not, all will be lost for our children.
